BOILED EGGS WITH YOGHURT

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small tomato, coarsely chopped.
  • 2 eggs, boiled and coarsely chopped.
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt.
  • 2 green onions, chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • salt.
  • pepper.
  • lemon.



STEP BY STEP:
  1. Put the eggs, tomato and the onions in a not deep soup plate.
  2. Pour in the yoghurt, and put some salt and pepper, start mixing.
  3. Add the olive oil on the top, and squeeze a fresh lemon juice over the dish along with the olive oil.
  4. Serve it with pieces of Arabic bread.
