BOILED EGGS WITH YOGHURT
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 small tomato, coarsely chopped.
- 2 eggs, boiled
and coarsely chopped.
- 1/2 cup
yoghurt.
- 2 green
onions, chopped.
- 1 tablespoon
olive oil.
- salt.
- pepper.
- lemon.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Put the eggs, tomato and the onions in a not deep soup
plate.
- Pour in the yoghurt, and put some salt and pepper, start
mixing.
- Add the olive oil on the top, and squeeze a fresh lemon
juice over the dish along with the olive oil.
- Serve it with pieces of Arabic bread.
