FRIED EGGS WITH POMEGRANATE SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 eggs.
- 3 tablespoons
oil.
- 2 cloves
garlic crushed with:1 tablespoon salt..
- 1+1/2 small spoon dried mint.
- 1/4 cup sour pomegranate sauce.
STEP
BY STEP:
- Heat the oil and break the eggs into the pan.
- Add the pomegranate sauce into the garlic, and pour it
over the eggs.
- Serve it when the eggs are well-done.
