FRIED EGGS WITH POMEGRANATE SAUCE
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed with:1 tablespoon salt..
  • 1+1/2 small spoon dried mint.
  • 1/4 cup sour pomegranate sauce.


STEP BY STEP:
  1.  Heat the oil and break the eggs into the pan.
  2. Add the pomegranate sauce into the garlic, and pour it over the eggs.
  3. Serve it when the eggs are well-done.
